3. Sample
Your sample orders are perceived as Retail orders. If you are dealing with Asia- Crafts for the first time, the sample charges including postage fees will be paid by purchaser and sample extra cost will be refunded as long as you make the first order with us.
From the second order, the sample cost will be Free for our customers as resellers, wholesales and importers. One customer should require no more than TWO items as free sample for one product kind which will be delivered by Post office, DHL, FedEx, EMS or TNT as customer expense. 4. Payment: T/T bank transfer The following terms and conditions of sale and payment requirements are for all customers unless otherwise stated in writing. For the order with value under US$5,000, please pay in advance For the order with value over US$5,000 and under US$20,000: Please deposit 50 % at before production and T/T 5 days before shipment For the order with value over US$ 20,000: We accept to use LC at signed.
5. Shipping:
Asia- Crafts can deliver products to almost countries. We can arrange the means of transportation up to customer requirements. All additional condition will be discussed along the process. Any of your comments will be taken into consideration and adjustments will be made when necessary. 6. Return Policy
We just accept your complaints after order arrivals are confirmed by E-mail or a telephone/ fax.
You are advised to check the items at the point time of opening and make announcement of returns or exchanges by E- mail, telephone or fax within one week after the order arrival.
Since handcrafted products are not uniform ones made by machine, size or color tone may sometimes differ delicately within a package of items. Please refrain from returning or exchanging our products for such reason.
We are unable to accept returns and exchanges for the items that has been used or damaged by the customers themselves.
The poor conditions of goods:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, in the very unlikely event your order does not arrive in perfect condition or wrong items were shipped... We will send you a replacement at no cost If you are dissatisfied any item, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order and shipping charges for returns and replacement products are paid by the customer, returns must be packed carefully and returned in original condition.
